[Case Study of Marking System] Metal - Engraving on Raw Materials and Steel Surfaces

We will introduce three examples: engraving on raw materials, special font engraving on steel surfaces, and engraving on nameplates.

Here are examples of our marking system in metal. In the "Stamping on Raw Materials" section, a French company has introduced one unit of the "MULTI4 Inline 200," which stamps alphanumeric characters and logos onto steel bars with a maximum diameter of 320mm. In the "Special Font Stamping on Steel Surfaces" section, a Japanese company has implemented the "MULTI4 200," equipped with a 5m cable and a trolley for in-factory transportation, which generates logos from the internal ERP system and allows easy selection of the created logos via a touch panel. In the "Stamping on Nameplates" section, one unit of the "MULTI4 250x250" model, featuring Ethernet connectivity and an automatic nameplate feeder, has been introduced. The plates to be stamped are transported inside a storage box and automatically placed under the marking head. Once the plate is detected, the stamping begins automatically, and when the stamping is complete, the plate is removed. The operator uses a data matrix reader to scan a QR code that integrates sample information of the steel parts. The clamp system alone can hold the machine horizontally and accommodates various diameter sizes.
